My client, a well-regarded Critical Access facility in a beautiful area of Idaho, is seeking a Permanent Director of Case Management & Social Services to join their team immediately. A bachelor's degree is required preferably in nursing and the position reports directly to the CNO. The Director will have 4 direct reports and the facilities average daily census is around 15 currently. This spectacular area of the country offers an excellent cost of living, outstanding schools, and a vibrant community.
