Description

Exciting opportunity for a Certified Nurse Midwife in central Wisconsin, one hour from Lacrosse, one and a half hours from Madison. Joining a team of 5 Family Med Physician you will be able to work fairly autonomously in this role. New grads with a strong L&D/OBGYN background as an RN are welcome to apply. Monday-Friday clinic schedule with 1:5 call rotation. $10k in relocation with negotiable sign on bonus. Base + production incentives can earn up to 150k.
