My client in Eastern Iowa is seeking a Permanent Long Term Care DON to join their team. A BSN is preferred and leadership experience within long term care, skilled nursing, and memory care are required. This area boasts a close-knit community atmosphere where residents share strong bonds and genuine neighborly care.
