Description

A Home Health facility in Rhode Island needs an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for Full-time Assessments of the Adult patient population. Will be in the field seeing patients in a home health setting and some remote admin time. Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. eClinical EMR. 5-6 Adult patients per day.
