Description

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Telehealth Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Open Monday-Sunday: 8am-7pm, will provide a minimum of 6 hours/day, 3 days/week. Must have experience with virtual setting platform within last 12 months. Will see 8-10 patients daily, 1 month-adult. Provider must have their own computer/internet and dedicated workspace.
