Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Patient Volume: 10 per day at most, some days will be very slow
Patient Population: Pediatrics - Geriatric
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Will primarily see adults for Occupational health, and some family practice patients
DOT Certificate and Medicare & Medicaid number needed, Suturing skills preferred
Doing DOT physicals for drivers & railroad workers, diabetes, high blood pressure, wellness, etc.
Comfortable working as a solo provider

Description

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Occupational Medicine and Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Will see 10 patients per day at most, some days will be very slow. Patients for Family Practice will be Pediatrics to Geriatric and patients for Occupational Medicine will be adults. DOT Certificate and Medicare & Medicaid number needed. Must be comfortable with doing physicals for drivers & railroad workers, diabetes, high blood pressure, will also see patients with chronic pain/illness, as well as follow up and wellness exams. Suturing skills preferred. Support staff includes MAs.
