Quick Facts

Work with medical patients to break down behavioral barriers
Licensed as an LCSW in the state of Oregon; master’s degree in counseling and licensed (LPC)
Collaborate with mental health providers
Demonstrate proficiency using DSM-IV-TR, DSM V, and ICD-10
FQHC facility; HPSA score of 22
Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am – 5 pm; possible 4-day work week
Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
