Nurse Practitioner needed in Wisconsin for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and WI state license. Will see 6-8 patients per day and patient population is 2-65 years old. Support staff includes 1 LPN, 1 MA, 1 Patient Coordinator.
