Quick Facts

  • Night shifts 5pm – 7am with occasional day shifts 7am – 5pm, 4-6 shifts monthly minimum
  • 10 – 12 patients per provider daily, total unit census around 92 babies
  • Level III/IV NICU experience required
  • 2-3 additional NPs on staff
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Handles high-risk deliveries independently — intubations and line placements required
  • Support staff regularly available
  • Academic medical center affiliation
