  • Suturing, fracture reductions, OR assistance required
  • Independent decision making with ability to escalate to trauma or orthopedic surgeons
  • Call ratio 5 – 25 with 60 minute response time
  • Average 20 phone consults and 10 patients seen per 24 hours
  • 2 – 5 admissions per call period
